Our open Board meetings are held quarterly on the third Saturday of the month
10-12 pm at the Association Park.
The Next Open Board meeting is scheduled for January 17, 2026.

Fee Schedule at a Glance

Resale certificate: $150

Statement of Account: $150

Transfer of Title (charged when property ownership changes to a new owner): $150

Building permit for home construction, with or without garage: $150

Building permit for remodel (with change of footprint only), shed, or other outbuilding: $50

Non-compliance of the building permit application process will result in a $600.00 fine.

Variance before construction permit: $100

Special variance: $100

Membership dues: $12 per lot per member (unless grandfathered before 2015)

Certified mail (when we are required per Texas Property Code 209 to send something to members via certified mail), that fee will be charged to the member's account at the current USPS rate at the time sent.​
